Question 13 – Can CBD help with aggression?  Okay, the next question is, can CBD help with aggression? I would say absolutely, positively, yes. Cannabidiol in general has that nice, calm focus effect. It feels very similar in your system, at least the way I experience it feels very similarly to like a nice magnesium. And… Maybe a little holy basil or that same good calm focus from like a nice matcha tea kind of before the sketch kicks in.

You know, I think that it helps tremendously in helping to keep the body from getting that cortisol rush when you escalate and you start to feel really Like, you know, really pumped and like really angry, especially, not even just to have like a healthy level of stress, but when you’ve gone way past that healthy level of stress and you’re dipping into you know, dipping into a really unhealthy level of assertion I think it works great.

At helping to keep a good level head and to stay cool and to try to have much, much better solution oriented decision making and focus and calmness. I would also say that like good greens seem to really help with that. They have a cooling and a soothing. effect on the body and I think especially if you’re doing like cannabidiol and a good greens blend, you’re doing pretty good.

You’re probably not going to, you’re not going to dip into some unhealthy territory unless it’s like really, you know, I don’t know, I don’t want to say necessary, but like. Unless there’s really some kind of an emergency and even that’s like not aggression I would say that’s more like you could have a be on the spot, you know for some quick twitch muscle reaction But yeah CBD I think is very helpful to ward off aggression
