Question 14 – Can CBD help with sleep?

Question 14 – Can CBD help with sleep? Next question is, can CBD help with sleep? And this question comes to us from chat GPT. People were a little shy on their questions, so like, you know, what we don’t get in questions, we’re going to get from the AI, but we will hit 100 questions. So can CBD help with sleep? Yes, absolutely. Cannabidiol, personally, I think that CBD works really, really good.

For sleep, and that it’s a good alternative to some of the other things that are most popularly taken for sleep. You know, usually if you’re dipping into the pharmaceutical world, you’re talking about stuff like Ambien, where you have all these freaky stories of people just doing the weirdest stuff, or saying the weirdest stuff, or, you know, having totally no recollection of doing anything.

They’re, they’re just out cold. Really kind of scary to be honest with you. I think it is, and when we’re talking about things that can help you sleep, you’re competing with several things that are in the, both the pharmaceutical and like the alcohol world. So, you know, it’s a much safer alternative to large amounts of alcohol.

And alcohol in general just doesn’t make you sleep anyways. It might knock you out. And give you very deep sleep for a little bit, but it is also in the sugar family in the way that it gets metabolized So the minute that you’re out cold, you’re also You might be perky, but it creates this weird sort of thing.

So it doesn’t You know this little roller coaster for you, so it doesn’t Sometimes and also obviously it comes with strings attached, you know, there’s much more Of a problem, you know, for some people kind of walking away. It’s like, you know, gives you a little tap on the shoulder. It’s like, nope, you know, we’re not done and that’s a problem.

So you don’t want to have that happen. I think that it is, I think that it gets better results than some of the other more popular holistic alternatives, which would be like Valerian, which smells really funky. That’s what Valium is made out of. Or. You know, holy basil works pretty good for some people to be calm, but and it will quiet that monkey mind, but it doesn’t seem to have the same lasting effect to give you a good night’s sleep all the way through.

I think it’s a healthier alternative to melatonin. Melatonin, in general, one, you have to be really careful you don’t take so much that you stunt your body’s production of it normally. but also melatonin can give people just wild, crazy dreams. And usually, almost everyone that I’ve ever heard seems to have a real difficulty taking it on a regular basis.

Maybe to help get through a rough patch of a couple nights and power down, but not really great. So yeah, I think CBD is wonderful for sleep and way healthier than other alternatives.
