Question 21 – What is the best way that I could take CBD? -Okay, so the next question that we have is, what is the best way to take CBD? Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Oh, you guys. So, here’s the deal. I have a favorite way easily, and that’s liquid. But you can get cannabidiol in a lot of different formats. Specifically, you could get it as, I mean, you can get them in droppers.
You could get it as, ahem, an oil based extract, an alcohol extract. Liquids, I think, are still the very best form to take it. I’ll tell you why in a minute. You can get them in edibles, you can get them in, like, a gummy. You know, I, gummies are dumb, dude. Do not take anything in a gummy for a good result. I’m sorry, but gummies are for dummies.
They come to us from the cannabis industry. I don’t think they were even good for cannabis. There’s just, there’s a segment of the population that’s out there sometimes that likes a little bit of a wild card element when they take their cannabis, I guess, and like, they never know, is it going to be too much or is it too little?
They’re not looking for control. They’re taking it because they’re, specifically because they don’t want the same amount of overt control. That’s just how people are out there. But you know, that’s not, that’s not a good way to take it. You have no control over it. So, I would say liquid is the very best way, and the reason for that is with the liquid, you, you know, you have a much, much more dexterous control over your amount.
You could do, you know, drops, one drop, two drop, five drop, ten drop, something like that. And you can find out exactly how it’s going to hit you pretty quickly. If you just take it and swallow it, in general, liquid is going to affect you within maybe ten 15 minutes depending on, you know, on an empty stomach, if you had something to eat, it’ll take a lot longer.
I think it’s much, much, much better to almost always take cannabidiol on an empty stomach as much as possible. And then if you take it as drops and you put it under your tongue there’s folds that are like, you know, little folds under your tongue that connect up and are permeable directly into two big veins.that run right under your tongue, that drop right into your system.
That’s why there’s vitamins and supplements that are sublingual. Homeopathic versions go off of the same thing. So yeah, I think that’s the best way to do it, because it gets absorbed, it’s not diluted through your digestive tract, and really the way to go.
I think liquids are easily the very best way to take them. I would say that whether I work with them or not. But that’s why I think they’re the best. Everything else gets diluted. There’s a lack of control. It’s just no good. So liquids, that’s the best way to take it. Okay? Okay.
