What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

While some companies charge delivery plus shipping charges, Jeff’s Best does not. In keeping with our family friendly pricing, we charge only the minimum shipping cost necessary to bring you our best in class products.We also offer free shipping, for all orders $100.00 and over within the continental US. To see your shipping charges before placing your order, simply click “Cart” at the upper right, under Subtotal click “Calculate shipping”, enter your address, and click “Update”.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept major credit cards, and various payment wallet accounts.To see the specifics please click “Cart” at the upper right, under Subtotal click “Calculate shipping”, enter your address, then click “CHECKOUT DETAILS”.

How long will delivery take?

On average expected delivery is 1, 2, or 3 business days via Fedex ground service, depending on location. This is for all States within the continental US, and does not include international orders as rates internationally vary greatly. All orders are shipped out every Wednesday and Friday afternoon at 2:30 pm pacific time. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

An order confirmation will immediately be sent to your email address, from “customerservice@jeffsbesthemp.com”.If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your Junk or Spam folder.If it cannot be found, please contact us directly using our “Contact” form to the right, or by phone as listed at this page bottom.  Once your order payment method has been confirmed, your order will be shipped.An order shipped notification email will be sent from “customerservice@jeffsbesthemp.com”, giving you the information to track the progress of your shipment.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, the details will be sent in an order confirmation email from “customerservice@jeffsbesthemp.com”, immediately after you place your order.
